PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the Federal Goverment's new "Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act" an express Privacy Policy is being written for Redhawk Healing Arts. This Policy will formally lay out RHA's responsibilities in regards to confidentiality of all patient information/records, and the patient's access to their information. Kimberlee Blyden-Taylor, ND, is the appointed Information Officer and contact person for inquiries from patients or the public in regards to privacy issues.
